The Global Good Fund Fellowship 2023 is now accepting applications. The Global Good Fund Fellowship is a 12-month program that helps social enterprise leaders around the world strengthen their leadership skills.

Each innovator is developed by the Global Good Fund by partnering them with a professional executive coach and a c-suite company executive who serves as a mentor, as well as by providing leadership evaluation resources, a peer network, industry expertise, and targeted financial capital.

This fellowship is for social entrepreneurs who are committed to making a positive impact in their communities and are ready to take their leadership to the next level. The Global Good Fund’s mission to alter the world begins with investments in the most inventive businesses in society. They make the world a better place by investing in society’s most forward-thinking enterprises.

Program Elements for the Global Good Fund in 2022

  • They use the 360 MIRROR leadership assessment tool, which was created exclusively for social entrepreneurs, to get input from their board of directors, staff, colleagues, and stakeholders, as well as the Fellow. To measure his or her growth, the Fellow will retake the leadership evaluation at the end of the Fellowship and then again 1, 3, 5, and 10 years later.

  • Each Fellow consults with his or her professional executive coach ( EC) about the outcomes of the 360 MIRROR. Each Fellow creates a tailored Leadership Development Plan based on 360 MIRROR data points and one-on-one executive coach contacts over the course of three months (LDP).

  • Each Fellow is matched with a committed professional executive coach and a mentor who is a c-suite company executive. Fellows receive rigorous 1:1 executive coaching and business mentorship sessions via phone, Skype, or WhatsApp during the course of the 12-month Fellowship. The coach and mentor act as accountability partners, pushing the Fellow to accomplish his or her Leadership Development Plan while also providing individualized and consistent assistance.

  • Each year in the spring, fellows attend the Global Good Fund Summit. This four-day event serves as a networking opportunity for Fellows, Executive Coaches, Business Mentors, Alumni, and staff from The Global Good Fund. Each Fellow will participate in a personalized leadership development experience at the Summit.

  • Each Fellow is awarded a $10,000 stipend. These funds are to be utilized solely for the implementation of his or her Leadership Development Plan, as well as for leadership development, with a particular emphasis on experiential learning.

  • Fellows are part of a worldwide social entrepreneur cohort. The Global Good Fund encourages Fellows to interact on a regular basis. Fellows are encouraged to work together, as well as with Alumni and Content Experts, to address leadership development issues. Fellows are purposely connected with Content Experts by the Global Good Fund to address unique functional, sector, or geographic concerns that each Fellow faces.
